Menopause support

As women age their oestrogen levels decline. They stop having periods and are no longer able to fall pregnant naturally. This is known as the menopause. It’s a natural part of ageing and usually occurs between 45 and 55 years of age. In the UK, the average age for a woman to reach the menopause is 51.
