Reading Well - helpful books for health and wellbeing
Reading Well for health provides helpful information and support for managing dementia, mental health conditions, or dealing with difficult feelings and experiences. Some books also include personal stories from people who are living with or caring for someone with physical or mental health needs. Plus there are booked aimed at children and teens.
Reading Well books are all recommended by health experts, as well as people with lived experience of the conditions and topics covered and their relatives and carers.
There's a range of titles to support you with dealing with stress, anxiety, depression as well as complimentary therapies such as CBT, well being and mood boosting.
