SilverCloud - Bipolar Toolkit
The Bipolar Toolkit elearning and coaching programme has been designed to show you how to live better with this disorder. This programme provides tools, activities and psychoeducation in a safe space. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, you can learn to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and learn how to make positive changes relating to bipolar.
You will be supported by a real person as you explore the exercises, who will keep you on track and can answer your questions.
Skills and Strategies
You will be introduced to general information about bipolar disorder, and examines the emotions and behaviours associated with it. You'll will learn to identify the triggers and warning signs of your bipolar disorder. You will explore how bipolar disorder can impact on your closest relationships and look at ways in which you can deal with broken relationships. And you will discover the importance of sleep for someone living with bipolar and shown ways in which bad habits can be avoided.
Forging Ahead
You will walk away with tools and techniques to help by identifying warning signs, managing yourself, and setting future goals. You will also be encouraged to build a support network so you can continue to think and feel better in the future.
