To reduce anxiety symptoms and generally improve overall quality of life, the Space from Anxiety elearning and coaching programme applies the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, providing you with psychoeducation, and a range of skill-based strategies to help you learn to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

You will be supported by a real person as you explore the exercises, who will keep you on track and can answer your questions.

Skills and Strategies
You will learn more about the anxiety cycle and the associated physical and emotional symptoms you may experience. You will be provided with tools and techniques to better manage your anxiety and be encouraged to break down and analyse your fears to gradually overcome them.

Balancing Thoughts
Learning about thinking traps will help you to identify your negative, unhelpful, or ‘hot thoughts’ so you can take action with alternative ways of thinking and helpful self- talk.
