SilverCloud - Space from OCD (Obsessions and compulsions)

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is one of the most common forms of anxiety, characterised by obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours. The Space from OCD elearning and coaching programme has been designed to relieve the symptoms of OCD by increasing awareness and understanding of emotions, obsessions, and compulsions, while focusing on developing more flexible ways of thinking. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness techniques, you will learn to cope with anxiety provoking situations.

You will be supported by a real person as you explore the exercises, who will keep you on track and can answer your questions.

Skills and Strategies
You will be introduced to the anxiety cycle so you can better understand and identify your emotions associated with your feelings of anxiety. You will learn the importance of lifestyle choices relating to your anxiety and will learn to build your own CBT cycles and track the impact of your lifestyle choices.

Positive Thinking
Learning about negative thinking and its impact on mood, you will be able to identify your unhelpful, negative thoughts so you can take action with alternative ways of thinking and helpful self-talk.

Forging Ahead
You will gain a better understanding of your mood, triggers, and anxiety warning signs. You will maintain lasting results, armed with strategies and techniques to build a strong support network so you can continue to think and feel better.
