SilverCloud - Space from Panic

The Space from Panic elearning and coaching programme has been designed to alleviate your distress and anxiety resulting from panic. This programme provides tools, activities and psychoeducation in a safe space. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, you can learn to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and learn how to make positive changes relating to your anxiety and panic.

You will be supported by a real person as you explore the exercises, who will keep you on track and can answer your questions.

Skills and Strategies
You will be introduced to the Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviours (TFB) cycle so you can better understand and identify your emotions associated with your feelings of panic. You will also learn the importance of lifestyle choices relating to your anxiety.

Positive Thinking
Learning about negative thinking and its impact on mood, you will be able to identify your unhelpful, negative thoughts so you can take action with helpful self-talk. You will also learn to challenge your thinking traps and worry, while facing your fears using gradual exposure.

Forging Ahead
You will walk away with tools and techniques to prepare for a relapse by identifying warning signs, managing your triggers, and setting future goals. You will also be encouraged to build a support network so you can continue to think and feel better in the future.
