SilverCloud - Space from Phobia
The Space from Phobia elearning and coaching programme has been designed to help you manage your phobias and psychological distress. This programme aims to alleviate your extensive and prolonged fears using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with a variety of tools, activities, and psychoeducation delivered in a safe and confidential space.
You will be supported by a real person as you explore the exercises, who will keep you on track and can answer your questions.
Skills and Strategies
You will develop an understanding of the relationship between your phobias and your mental health, while learning techniques to alleviate your anxiety including healthy lifestyle choices and relaxation practices.
Positive Thinking
Learning about negative thinking and its impact on mood, you will be able to identify your unhelpful, negative thoughts so you can take action with helpful self-talk. You will also learn to recognise real vs. hypothetical worries to mitigate the stress and anxiety related to phobias.
Forging Ahead
You will gain a better understanding of your mood, triggers, and warning signs of phobias. You will maintain lasting results, armed with strategies and techniques to build a support network to continue to think and feel better.
