SilverCloud - Space from Social Anxiety

The Space from Social Anxiety elearning and coaching programme has been developed to help you manage distress associated with social situations. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), The Space from Social Anxiety programme helps you to better understand and manage your thoughts and behaviour related to social anxiety.

You will be supported by a real person as you explore the exercises, who will keep you on track and can answer your questions.

Skills and Strategies
You will be introduced to the Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviours (TFB) cycle so you can better understand and identify your emotions associated with your anxiety. You will learn the importance of lifestyle choices relating to anxiety and can begin to build your own CBT cycles and track the impact of your lifestyle choices.

Positive Thinking
Learning about negative thinking and its impact on mood, participants will be able to identify your unhelpful, negative thoughts so you can take action with alternative ways of thinking and helpful self-talk. You will also learn to challenge your thinking traps and worry, while facing your fears using gradual exposure.

Forging Ahead
You will walk away with tools and techniques to avoid a relapse by identifying warning signs, managing your triggers, and setting future goals. You will also be encouraged to build a support network so you can continue to think and feel better in the future.
